Who We Are

At Tech Law Services, we take the time to get a deep commercial understanding of each of our client's unique businesses, including their strategies for growth, so that we can provide real value-add to help clients meet their day to day legal needs as their businesses grow. We work side by side with sales and business development personnel to help negotiate contracts and close deals, fast. Our clients view us as delivering the same service they would expect from a highly experienced international in-house counsel and they rely on us as trusted advisors to help them deal with day to day business challenges.

We understand the realities of doing business and know that advice must be to the point, commercial and practical. Because we are highly experienced, we can help cut down on time frames for contract negotiation. We know that tight deadlines require a quick turnaround whilst also requiring high quality legal advice at competitive rates.

We have experience with working with leading large and medium sized companies across the tech sector as well as with many cutting-edge start-up companies. We also have considerable experience in doing business internationally and understand the challenges of operating cross borders and closing deals across multiple legal jurisdictions.

In terms of fees, we offer hourly, daily or fixed rates, depending on the requirements of each client. We are in a position to offer competitive rates due to the fact that we are specialists, which means we are more efficient at what we do, we have consciously reduced our overheads and we utilise technology efficiently, all of which allows us to save costs, which we pass on to our clients.
